Join us for an exclusive Technical Tour, hosted by the CIBD Southern Section, offering a behind-the-scenes distillery tour in London.

The tour is limited to 30 places. Priority will be given to CIBD members and CIBD Distilling candidates. However, if you are not a member or a student, you are still welcome to register your interest in case there are any spots available! Register your interest here

Program Schedule

Beefeater Distillery Visit (3:15 PM – 5:15 PM)

3:00 PM – 3:15 PM: Arrival and Check-In
Guests register and prepare for the tour.
3:15 PM – 4:45 PM: Guided Gin Crafting Tour
Introduction to Gin Crafting: Exploring Beefeater’s historical significance.Botanical Selection: Insights into sourcing and blending botanicals.Distillation for Gin: Focus on Beefeater’s gin-making process.
4:45 PM – 5:15 PM: Tasting Session
Guests sample a selection of Beefeater’s gins, guided by the distillery team.
Closing remarks
