We cannot accept Animals into our Venues due to the noise levels and the safety of our other guests, if you have an assistance or guide dog we are not able to allow access where there the noise level is above 85db as this can permanently damage your pets ears. 7. We have several Venues in the Old Courts complex, each with their own specification please check on our website for the Venue and Entrance Number to use. All of our Entrances have a grey plaque with an Entrance number and arrows pointing Up or Down to help you find the correct way in. 8. Taxi – If you require a Taxi from the venue please inform a member of staff who can assist in booking one with our Radio 9.
