<h2>SPARK Programme 2025 - Information Session</h2>An opportunity to hear more about Northern Soul's brand new leadership development programme for Northerners aged 18-25, funded by the Virgin Money Foundation and The National Lottery Community Fund.The ten-month programme is for 15 young people living in the North of England (North East, North West, Yorkshire and the Humber) who want to develop their leadership, increase their confidence and connect with others who share the values, determination and vision to build a more compassionate, fair and hopeful UK.The programme will consist of a series of in-person learning days, residentials and online masterclasses delivered by Northern Soul, industry experts, social innovators and young changemakers. Participants will receive 1-2-1 coaching to support their personal development and a £800 honorarium for their commitment, time and engagement with the programme.
