 Sparta Global is running a 4-week workshop to teach you how to visualise data using Python.


Everyone wants to be creative with data sets to get the right message across, but we don't always have the right tools. Python as a language focuses on simplicity, readability and is very flexible. It's free and has free libraries that make the jobs you need it for even easier.Whether you're an experienced data warehouse elf or a Dunder-headed Ninny Muggin, we're sure you will get some great gifts out of this coding workshop.Absolutely no prior programming experience is required, as long as you’re ready to learn.Sign up today!

<h2>What You&#x27;ll be Learning:</h2>Join us for a 4-week course, where you will be utilising Python to create data visualisations (with or without previous coding experience).The python workshop will be led by Sparta Global trainer, David H, an experienced Data trainer from our Birmingham Academy. Due to the number of attendees expected, this will be a lecture-styled workshop. We will ensure there is a chatroom available for attendees to ask questions and have discussion.<h3>Weekly Focus - Updated!</h3>Week 1: Python Basics and NumPy - 2nd December 2020 - 15:00-17:00Week 2: Pandas - 9th December 2020	- 15:00-17:00Week 3: Matplotlib - 16th December 2020 - 15:00-17:00Week 4: Bringing it all together - 23rd December 2020 - 15:00-17:00

<h2>Requirements:</h2>Sparta Global’s first ever Codemas is open to anyone who is eager to learn data visualization using python programming, regardless of your background. If you’re interested, we simply ask a few things of you:<ul><li>Commitment to attend each weekly workshop</li><li>Access to a laptop/computer that meets the below requirements</li><li>Operating system: Windows 8 or newer, 64-bit macOS 10.13+, or Linux, including Ubuntu, RedHat, CentOS 6+, and others</li><li>System architecture: Windows- 64-bit x86, 32-bit x86; MacOS- 64-bit x86; Linux- 64-bit x86, 64-bit Power8/Power9</li><li>Minimum 5 GB disk space to download and installCommitment to attend each weekly workshop</li><li>Strong and reliable internet connection</li></ul>If you are unable to attend this event but are interested in keeping in touch for future events, please follow Sparta Global on LinkedIn.
