AIPPI UK

AIPPI UK is delighted to present an evening of SPC-related discussion, with experts from private practice and industry debating the latest decisions from the CJEU and hot topics from a wider policy perspective. Join chairperson Hugh Goodfellow (Carpmaels) and panellists Charlotte May QC (8 New Square), Tomos Shillingford (Insud Pharma) and David Rosenberg (formerly GSK) as they wrestle with some of the most challenging and divisive issues in pharmaceutical patent practice. Expect discussion of combinations, formulations, third party marketing authorisations, manufacturing waivers and possibly even medical devices. Don’t miss what is certain to be a lively and thought-provoking event.

The charge for non-members is £50.00, payable online at the time of registration.
There are a limited number of free tickets available for students in full-time education, on a first come, first served basis (proof of full time student status must be sent to <A HREF="mailto:secretary@aippi.org.uk" TARGET="_blank" REL="nofollow noopener noreferrer">secretary@aippi.org.uk</A> before the date of the event, the absence of which may result in entry being refused).
At the time of registering, if someone else registers on your behalf (e.g.: your secretary or PA), please make sure that they book in your name so that the name of the person who is attending ends up on the attendee list.
