Speak Out! Stop Hate.
Event Information
About this event
An invitation for business and community leaders, educators and policy makers,
Working in partnership, Anthony Walker Foundation and Agent Academy, have created a new campaign to tackle religiously and racially discriminatory behaviour and prevent hate crime.
Join us and our panel of experts as we launch this new campaign alongside a new independent hate crime reporting tool, by Anthony Walker Foundation.
This launch takes place during the15th year anniversary of the Anthony Walker Foundation, established after the racially motivated murder of Anthony Walker in 2005.
The event will mark Anthony's birthday in honour of his life and positive lasting legacy.
During the event we will hear from hate crime prevention experts and learn about new training and resources from Anthony Walker Foundation to enable leaders and educators to upskill and cascade training interventions in their communities.
Young people from Agent Academy, who have worked together to create the campaign will host the event so it promises to be fast-paced and engaging.
Our speakers will include:
- Dominique Walker, Vice Chair, Anthony Walker Foundation
- Justine Jenkins, Team Lead, Safer and Stronger Communities
- Natalie Denny, Project Manager, Anthony Walker Foundation
