What? A 2 hour dynamic workshop where you will learn the essentials to confident speaking, presence and communication. From work meetings and day to day encounters to expressing yourself fully and naturally in person at events, from complete beginner to seasoned pro in need of a refresher, get ready to start using your voice and speaking power this year to its full advantage.

IN THIS WORKSHOP, YOU WILL DISCOVER HOW YOU CAN SHIFT YOUR MINDSET AND APPROACH TO SPEAKING, OVERCOMING THE BLOCKS TO SHOWING UP WITH SELF-CONFIDENCE, VIBRANCY AND DYNAMISM EVERY TIME. SPECIFICALLY:

● Achieve an understanding of the blocks involved with speaking

● Start to understand why fear can appear when about to speak

● Recognise triggers that make you feel uncomfortable with spreading your message and learn how to deal with anxious thoughts

● Build a soulful and grounded foundation to find your own, unique voice

● Gain confidence in your delivery

● Understand the practicalities (do’s and don’ts) of speaking and using your voice and body effectively

● Have the opportunity to gain a unique insight by asking questions during a Q&A

ABOUT YOUR HOST …

I’m Amy Leighton, a professional Speaking and Presence Coach. I specialise in helping people find their key message and share it with the world, helping them to thrive personally and/or professionally.

When I’m not coaching, you’ll probably find me treading boards doing a bit of acting or living my best life running round commons, lifting at Crossfit and doing yoga (kind of!) alongside my 6 month old puppy, Biscuit and my 2 year old cat, Ringo. Bless.
