His Majesty's Lord-Lieutenant, Mrs. Peaches Golding OBE CStJ invites you to join us at Bristol Cathedral for a special Evensong service to be held on Sunday, 11th May 2025 at 3:30 PM to commemorate the 80th Anniversary of Victory in Europe Day (VE Day) . Let's gather together to honour and remember the sacrifices made during World War II by people across the Nations and Commonwealth. This in-person event promises to be a moving and reflective experience. People of all faiths and none are cordially invited to join us in peace and with hope. Don't miss this opportunity to pay tribute to our history and those who fought for our freedom.

Is there any parking at the cathedral?

There is no parking at the cathedral. However, there are two public car parks within a five-minute walk: • College Street Car Park (BS1 5UU) • Millennium Square Car Park (BS1 5LL)

Is there any parking for Blue Badge holders?

There is limited parking for Blue Badge holders on Deanery Road, approximately a one-minute walk from the Cathedral.

Are there toilets?

There are female, male, accessible, gender neutral and baby changing facilities. Please be aware there is no step-free access to the toilets via the nave. There is level access to the toilets via the Cloister Entrance.
