Come and join us for an introduction to the spices of Swarma's kitchen and roll your selves up to make some onion bhajis and chicken tikka.

Indian Cook School by Praveen Kumar

Join us for an exciting cooking class where we'll start with a warm cup of chai (Indian tea) for everyone upon arrival.Schedule:<ul><li>We'll begin with a brief introduction, followed by an in-depth look at the spices we'll be using, including how they're made and their benefits.</li><li>Cooking Activity: You'll work in pairs to make delicious onion bhajis, which can be enjoyed on-site or taken home. We'll also prepare a big batch of chicken tikka.</li></ul>What to Bring:<ul><li>An apron to use during the class.</li><li>A couple of reusable Tupperware containers to take any leftovers home.</li></ul>At the end of the session, there will be an opportunity to purchase our family spices if you're interested.We are very lucky to have Swarna as one of our PBN members, alongside her husband they run <a href="https://www.tablarestaurant.co.uk" title="https://www.tablarestaurant.co.uk" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Tabla Restaurant</a>, <a href="https://www.indiancookschool.com" title="https://www.indiancookschool.com" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Indian Cook School</a>, and offer hand-cooked<a href="https://www.praveenkumar.com" title="https://www.praveenkumar.com" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer"> meals</a> to order or purchase at various supermarkets and independent shops around the area.There is parking at the Cook school for 4 cars with additional free parking on Gleneagles Road.
