WELCOME TO SPIN & SWEAT - your new high energy spin workout classes taking place on Thursday evenings and Saturday mornings (bi-weekly).

They will be intense, exciting and very rewarding! Whether you're a spinning pro or just wanna break a sweat, this is the spin class for you.

Featuring musical vibes like AFROHOUSE, AMAPIANO, DANCEHALL, & REGGAE…the mood will be set! It's going to be 50 minutes of high energy, rhythm and fun so don't miss out on the opportunity to boost your health while having a great time! Lace up and let's spin, pump, sweat, vibe and burn calories together!

Important info: All participants must arrive 15 minutes before start time so we can get organised and start on time. If you’re late, will you miss out on the class — no exceptions so please be on time. A seating plan may be done on the day so don’t be offended if I swap you around with someone.
