I invite you to a sacred space where movement becomes medicine. The session combines:

  • Somatic & conscious dance
  • Intention-setting & guided opening circle
  • Messages and wisdom from the cards woven into the flow

Grounded in shamanic healing, trauma release, and expressive movement, I hold space for you to:

  • Release emotional blockages, old wounds held in the body
  • Reclaim your voice, inner strength, and joy
  • Move with presence and authenticity

Please arrive by 7 pm so we start on time and open the circle together with intention setting and drawing cards. The dance journey will be 1 hour long, and after that, we will close the circle with sharing and tea/nibbles. Tea is provided; please bring some light snacks if you like.

You’re warmly invited to join a powerful movement journey into your inner world—guided by your Soul, your Spirit, and the wisdom of your body.

Together, we’ll create a safe and sacred space where you can explore conscious movement, receive insights and guidance, and gently meet all that arises with presence and compassion.

This is an opportunity to slow down, drop into your body, and become fully present in the moment—practicing meditation in motion. With Kinga's guidance, you’ll be supported in letting go of judgment, silencing the inner critic, and allowing your body to move freely and authentically.

Throughout the session, you may become aware of old patterns, memories, or emotions—sometimes even forgotten traumas—coming into consciousness. This is part of the deeper healing process. You are welcome to witness and embrace whatever shows up—laughter, sadness, anger, joy—without needing to fix or change anything. Simply notice, feel, and let go of what no longer serves your wellbeing.

Kinga will hold space with sensitivity and intuitive presence, offering individual support when needed to help you move through your experience safely and fully.

What to Bring / Wear

* Comfortable clothing (layers recommended)

Important Guidelines

1. No talking on the dance floor – You're welcome to share anything that comes up during the closing circle.

2. Please arrive on time and stay until the end – This helps to protect the sacred, supportive space we create together. If you're in a process, staying present with the group will support your healing.

This is a space for deep connection—with yourself, your body, and something greater. EveryBody are welcome.
