Spoon Carving Workshop

Spoon Carving Workshop

Edible Saint AustellSaint Austell, England
Saturday 30 May  •  9:30 AM - 4:30 PM
Overview

Whittling for Wellbeing is a unique retreat based in Cornwall that invites you to unplug from the daily.

Spoon Carving Workshop

Carve Calm. Create Confidence. Connect. Step away from the noise of everyday life and spend a restorative day immersed in the mindful craft of spoon carving.

At Whittling for Wellbeing, this workshop is about more than learning a traditional skill — it’s about slowing down, breathing deeply, and rediscovering the quiet satisfaction of working with your hands. Using freshly cut green wood, you’ll be guided through the process of shaping and hollowing your own wooden spoon. The steady rhythm of carving, the scent of wood, and the simple focus required help calm the mind and ease anxious thoughts.

All participants are required to complete a disclaimer form before starting their booked session.

If the course needs to be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be notified as soon as possible and have the option for a refund or to transfer your booking to an alternative date.
