Sport Dance

A dance workshop powered by sports. An all improvised movement workshop mixing athletic elements from sports and dancing.

Led by Louis with assistance from collaborator Anya Sirina.

Louis has worked with Kanye West, Ty Dolla $ign, Playboi Carti, Fred Again, Anya Sirina, and closely with Blackhaine. Louis and Anya are now hosting a new workshop

What we'll be doing:

This workshop will dive in to movement through improvisation, travelling, choreographic tasks, games, personal style, solos and group work. All inspired from dance and sports.

We will meet each other and dance together both by ourselves and in groups. The workshop will test your endurance, allow you to dance the way you like, further explore your ability, and be inspired by everyone's collective energy.

The space is a large industrial unit at Here East. The space has been cleaned, although there is still some debris on the floor.
