Join us for some spring R&R on this sunday afternoon…

Amidst the excitement and possibility of spring, here’s a moment to pause and attune to what is unfurling around and within you.

This workshop invites you to breathe into your experience of spring, ground into the soft magic of the season.

What to expect

Creative nature connection explorations, guided restorative yoga practices, foraged teas and opportunities for individual and collective guided reflection.

Through the guided activities above, we can explore questions such as:

  • What are we noticing and appreciating happening around us?
  • How does it feel to be you within this landscape?
  • What within us needs tending to?
  • How can we attune to the energies of spring?
  • What would we like to bring with us into summer?

There is no one way to experience spring - and what we each need may vary..

Spring can offer us many different forms of restorative energies - whether that’s through the growth and aliveness in the plants, the warmth and softness of the spring breeze, or the support and nourishment in the soil.

So, whatever your spring break is calling for - join us for a chance to reground, reorient, and re-energize as you attune to the restorative energies of the season.

Who is this workshop for?

Anyone aged 18+ who may be interested in a restorative afternoon nestled in the beautiful countryside. You may be interested in connecting with the landscape and season of spring or perhaps you are just looking for something restful and rejuvenating to support your health & wellbeing as we head into summer.

You may be a veteran in these practices, someone who dabbles, or someone who has never even heard of these things before - all we ask for is a willingness to come join in the explorations in a way that feels good for you!

Throughout her work, Hope offers opportunities for people to explore and embrace their authentic human selves (in and amongst the infamous family of things). Recently, Hope’s focus has been on how experiences of connection with the natural world can support our health and wellbeing. Currently, Hope can be found in parks on a weekly basis leading outdoor mental health and wellbeing support groups as part of a green social prescribing program across Bristol and Bath. Whatever the context, much of Hope’s work focuses on cultivating more experiences of genuine connection in our lives - in a variety of forms and flavours.
