About Rosanne

Rosanne has been teaching yoga and leading meditations for over 20 years. With her roots in the Iyengar tradition, Rosanne has evolved her practice and teaching to be an exploration of the body, focusing on meeting the body where it is, finding joy, pleasure and adventure in the practice. Her deep knowledge of the Chakra System and the Subtle Body informs the way she teaches and her teaching centres on embodiment, connecting with the energies of the body using the quiet magic of the chakra system. She creates spaces where people can reconnect with themselves in a way that feels gentle, honest and deeply enriching.
