There has been an increased interest in the use of gameful approaches in higher education.

Gameful approaches in HEIn response to the changes in curriculum delivery there has been an increased interest in the use of gameful approaches in higher education, including the use of educational games, and gamification techniques. This approach is known to encourage student engagement, stimulates intrinsic motivation and educational drive, creates safe spaces for academic experimentation and promotes reflective risk-taking and creativity.Join us for an afternoon morning of playful learning with a diverse range of practical examples that colleagues have successfully used in their teaching. The MS Teams link to join will be emailed to you 3 days prior to the session.
