Bringing Forest Bathing to DorsetI have over 10 years experience in leading nature events, guided walks and guiding group outdoor activities. I am a qualified forest bathing practitioner and also hold an outdoor first aid certificate, am a mental health first aider and have undergone dementia friend training.

Celebrate Spring at this wonderful woodland nature reserve

J﻿oin me at the enchanting Hazel Hill Wood, its a 70 acre site of ancient woodland which is managed by the Hazel Hill Trust as a secluded spot for education, conservation and retreat. We&#x27;ll join together to celebrate the season (two days after Spring Equinox) and explore the woods as a group.Y﻿ou&#x27;ll be guided through some forest bathing exercises, and will have the time for self reflection and tranquility. We&#x27;ll end the walk with a herbal tea and homemade sweet snack. You may like to bring a journal or sketchbook as you will have time to explore on your own.T﻿he walk will be fairly short and on level ground. There are basic toilets and car parking on site.T﻿his is a gentle and mindful activity and is aimed at adults, please don&#x27;t bring dogs to this event.I﻿ have an outdoor first aid certificate, and covid risk assessment. The event will go ahead unless there is a weather warning in place, or extreme bad weather forecast. Please check your email before traveling. Final joining instructions will be sent out the week before the event.
