This event is held over 2 days, Saturday 21st starting @ 8am - 5pm, then resuming Sunday 22nd @ 8am for sun salutations, breakfast etc, finishing around 10.30am... accommodation is not included.

1. Yoga: The Physical "Flush"
Yoga acts as the mechanical engine of a detox.
- Lymphatic Drainage: Unlike the heart, the lymphatic system (your body’s waste disposal) has no pump. The inversions and twists in yoga manually move lymph fluid, helping to clear toxins from the tissues.1
