Are there any contraindications to breath work?

Breathwork results can result in intense physical and emotional release. If you have: Epilepsy, Detached Retina, Recent surgery, Glaucoma, Osteoporosis, Epilepsy, Trauma or schizophrenia, cardiovascular or heart disease or are pregnant please tell your practitioner and consult your doctor before.

What should I bring?

Please wear comfortable clothes that you can move in and  socks and jumper to stay warm during meditation and breath work

Can I eat before?

Accepted Answer

please do not eat a heavy lunch before. Just a light lunch so that you feel comfortable to move and participate in the more energetic breath work.

Do I have to sign a waiver?

Accepted Answer

Yes, please. You must sign a waiver to participate in breath work. If you have any contraindications please make the practitioner aware and if necessary consult with your doctor.
