What if I’ve never tried Qigong, meditation, or hypnotherapy before?

This is a supportive and accessible introduction, no prior experience needed.

What should I wear and bring?

Wear comfortable clothing. Bring a water bottle, and anything you’d like for your own comfort (a journal, blanket, or cushion). We have plenty of yoga matts and blankets for you to use.

Residential on road parking is available; be mindful of parking restrictions on high st.
