Join medical herbalists and yoga teachers Rosie and Bella for a celebration of Spring. A day of movement, connection and herbal medicine
As the Spring Equinox brings balance between light and dark, it marks a natural moment to pause and reset. This will be a nurturing day, nestled at the foot of the beautiful South Downs, that celebrates the spring equinox with a focus on gently waking the body up after winter. As the Earth moves into a time of movement, flow and awakened energy, we reflect this renewal with movement and herbs that support the body’s shift from winter's deep-rooted rest to the awakened engagement.
This full-day Spring Equinox workshop is an invitation to celebrate the season through herbs, movement, spending time in nature and community. Led by medical herbalists and yoga teachers, the day weaves together practical herbal knowledge, yoga, mindful practices, foraging, and hands-on herbal making. Offering a supportive and nourishing space to welcome spring.
Together, we’ll explore traditional spring herbs that support the digestive and lymphatic systems and movements that support the body’s natural processes of renewal. The day is designed to feel grounding, accessible, and restorative, with plenty of space to learn, rest, and connect in community.
A nutritious and delicious vegetarian lunch will be provided, along with refreshments throughout the day.
You’ll leave feeling refreshed and re-balanced, with practical tools, herbal preparations, and inspiration to carry the energy of spring into your everyday life.
No prior experience with herbs or yoga is needed.
