Ready to get outside and discover nature’s hidden treats? Our in-person Spring Foraging event is perfect for anyone curious about wild edibles and seasonal plants. Learn how to spot, safely harvest, and enjoy fresh finds straight from the wild as well as preparing them into more complex concoctions. It’s hands-on, fun, and a great way to connect with the outdoors. Bring your curiosity and comfy shoes—let’s explore together! We will be cooking, and eating what we cook, but bring a packed lunch too, or snacks. Tea and coffee are available. (Please let us know any dietry requirements at time of booking)

The event takes place at the Ancient Technology centre; a fascinating microcosm of historic ( and prehistoric) Britain. The same weekend there will be other tutors running courses, so don't forget to check out what they're offering and consider staying over in the Viking longhouse on the saturday night. ( you'll need to book this separately)
