Izzy Johns, Rights For Weeds

Izzy is a professional forager and runs foraging walks under the moniker Rights For Weeds. Her project grew out of a want to celebrate the inspiring spontaneous plants and fungi that grow out of the cracks. Using a mix of storytelling, foraging, folklore, bushcraft and the arts, she aims to unite the people, fungi and plants that share the urban ecosystem, and teach us how to safely and responsibly harvest our own food and medicine.
