Awaken, don’t accelerate.

Spring doesn’t arrive all at once.

It unfurls.

Tiny buds. Softer light. Warmer air. The quiet return of birdsong.

Growth in nature isn’t rushed — it’s responded to.

This Spring Forest Bathing session is an invitation to meet the season in the same way.

Not by pushing yourself forward, but by opening your senses and allowing energy, clarity and motivation to rise naturally.

This is a moment to step into renewal — gently, consciously, and in rhythm with the living world around you.

A Seasonal Reset in the Woods

Join me in a beautiful, secluded woodland setting just outside the grounds of Hever Castle, where we’ll gather among emerging leaves, soft earth, and spring air.

This 2.5-hour woodland immersion is designed to help you:

Reawaken your senses after the quiet of winter

Restore natural energy and motivation

Feel more present, alive and embodied

Connect with the season of growth and possibility

Let clarity emerge without pressure or performance

Spend time in nature that feels meaningful, not rushed

Spring is not asking you to reinvent yourself.

It’s inviting you to remember what feels alive

What’s Included

Guided Forest Bathing Session

No experience needed — just curiosity and a willingness to slow down.

You’ll be gently guided through sensory invitations, mindful pauses, and simple movement designed to help you notice, feel, and reconnect — with the land, your body, and the subtle shifts happening within you.

Expect a sense of lightness, clarity, and renewed connection.

Fire Circle & Reflection

We’ll close with tea, seasonal treats and a gentle moment of reflection by the fire.

No pressure to share — just space to land what you’ve experienced and carry it forward.

Herbal Teas & Seasonal Treats

Served with care, warmth and time to linger.

Session Times

Choose the rhythm that suits you:

🌅 Morning Session — 10:00am–12:30pm

Fresh, bright, and gently energising. Perfect if you love beginning the day outdoors.

🌿 Afternoon Session — 2:00pm–4:30pm

Softer, slower, and spacious. Ideal if you prefer a more relaxed, reflective pace.

Who This Is For

This session is open to anyone who is:

Feeling ready for a gentle reset as the year gathers pace

Craving time in nature that feels purposeful, not performative

Curious about mindfulness, Forest Bathing or seasonal living

Wanting to feel more connected, energised and present

No experience required.

All welcome.

What to Bring

Comfortable clothing suitable for the weather (layers encouraged)

Waterproof jacket (we go ahead unless heavy rain)

Supportive walking shoes or boots

Blanket or extra layers for sitting still

Water bottle

Sit mats and emergency ponchos are provided if needed.

Why Spring Forest Bathing?

Because spring isn’t about becoming someone new.

It’s about giving space to what’s already ready to grow.

When you spend time in nature at this threshold, something subtle happens:

Your body softens.

Your attention widens.

Your sense of possibility returns.

This is not a workshop.

It’s a seasonal conversation with the living world — and with yourself.

Location

This session takes place in a private, secluded woodland just outside the grounds of Hever Castle. We’ll be tucked away in a wild-feeling base camp, surrounded by trees, birdsong and spring air.

Note: Toilets are a 10-minute walk away at Hever Golf Club. Full directions and a packing list will be sent after booking.
