No experience needed -  just come as you are and be ready to relax and receive.

What should I bring?

A yoga mat, blanket, pillow, and water bottle. Optional: eye mask.

What should I wear?

Loose, comfy clothing and warm layers to help you fully relax. You may want to bring socks or an extra layer, as your body temperature can drop during deep relaxation.

What will I feel after the session?

Each experience is unique. You may feel deeply relaxed, light, or emotionally released. Some people notice subtle shifts in mood, clarity, or energy that continue to unfold over the following days.

Are there any health considerations?

Sound baths may not suit those with heart conditions, pacemakers, epilepsy, sound-induced migraines, severe tinnitus, sound sensitivity, recent surgery, or during pregnancy - especially the first trimester. Please consult your doctor first.

Street parking available (restrictions between 10 am - noon, Mon - Friday).

Take things slowly, drink plenty of water and rest if possible.
 You may notice subtle sensations or emotions as your body and mind integrate the vibrations; this is completely normal and part of the process.
