Spring into Action is a community activity day for all ages and all experiences at the University of Bedfordshire.

All activities throughout the day are free and include:•	Dance and creative movement classes for all•	Walking football •	Health checks with our specialist sports science team and equipment•	Guidance and advice from local charities and organisations •	Basketball•	Boot camp•	E sports •	Tag rugby•	Inclusive games•	Rounders•	Intergenerational family challenges •	Specialist talks – health, well-being, nutrition •	Sports Massage•	Chair dance classes •	Yoga •	Chair yoga •	Choir •	Performances ...and much moreSign up for the day here at Eventbrite and then come along and have a go at taster sessions. It is a day to come and dance with your grandchildren, play sport with your children and have fun and get active with friends.
