Every season has it&#x27;s own particular energy and connects with our human rhythm of life, and Spring has a particular role in releasing nature’s resources into the world.Spring is the time for energy flow to switch from down towards roots to upwards into fresh shoots and buds and new possibility. It is the time for sowing seeds and planting out new cuttings nurtured over winter. The hunkering down and conserving energy of winter is over as the earth warms under the sun’s kiss. It’s a busy time in the garden and sets the scene for the summer bounty and autumn harvests to come.
