Spring Renewal is a nourishing afternoon retreat designed to help you slow down, reset and gently reconnect as the seasons change. This immersive experience invites you to step out of the busyness of everyday life and into a space of calm, creativity and rest. Through a blend of grounding yoga, mindful creative practice, guided meditation and a deeply relaxing Yoga Nidra, you’ll be supported to move softly, reflect inwardly and restore your energy. With homemade cake and warm drinks shared along the way, Spring Renewal is an opportunity to pause, breathe and welcome spring feeling lighter, calmer and more connected. No experience is necessary — just a willingness to slow down and be cared for.
