Do I need to bring anything?

I have a limited number of mats, blankets and cushions for you to use so if you do have your own, please bring them. You may feel more cosy and comfortable with your own blanket. Eye mask is optional but allows you to sink in deeper to the yoga nidra.

I am a beginner to yoga nidra and reiki is this ok?

Absolutely! These modalities are very beginner-friendly and no movement is involved. Will require you to lie down. Come as you are.

What shall I wear?

Comfy clothes are best- no yoga clothes are necessary.

Where can I park?

There is free parking opposite the venue.
