Join our fun vocal workshop, singing well-known choruses on a theme of “O”: opera (Verdi); operetta (Gilbert & Sullivan), and Oliver!

Returning by popular demand, we will be holding a workshop for members and guests.Enjoy a day singing choral versions
 of well-known melodies from the
 world of opera (Verdi), operetta (Gilbert &amp; Sullivan), and musical
 theatre (Oliver!), with City
 Chorus, London’s friendly non-
auditioning choir. The day will
 be led by conductor Paul Ayres
 and accompanied by Philip
 Shannon on piano. £25 for
 non members, refundable from
 your subscription should you join
 City Chorus. Music Scores provided.Some choral singing experience and music reading ability is advantageous, but not essential. There is no requirement to sing solo. We invite anyone to experience the joy that singing and performing can bring, in a friendly and supportive environment.City Chorus is a friendly, hard working choir, open to all with no audition. We rehearse on Tuesday evenings in the city and perform several times a year in beautiful venues. You are welcome to come just for the fun of the workshop - or you can use it try out the choir to experience it yourself with no obligation to commit to joining.P﻿LEASE NOTE: There are a couple of steps in the venue - it is not fully accessible
