Promoting Your Work - Spring Term 2021

We asked poets if there were any courses they'd like us to add to our offering. This slightly surprised us, as it's not a writing course, per se, but we are going to pull together all the information, resources and experience we have, to help poets with this tricky question of how to market their work.

We'll look at how to use live events, social media and other channels, and if we are still in the shadow of lockdown, how to adapt to these particular circumstances. As it's the first time we have run the course, we will be actively seeking the feedback of participants and moulding the course to their needs.

This is a 4 week correspondence course, and you can take part from anywhere in the world. Each week you receive a tutorial via email (illustrated with videos and audio recordings). There will be tasks to complete and to share with the group and the Live Canon team.

The cost is 70 pounds (50 pounds for students and the unwaged). That includes 4 tutorials, and detailed written feedback each week on your work.
