Spring Yoga Workshop
A yoga workshop designed to practice yoga using seasonal meridians that will help you flow with the seasons for improved well-being.
For the past few years, Origin Yoga has been creating space to practice yoga seasonally. To marry our practice with the time of year and its connections to our Meridians. The spring workshop aims at activating the liver and gallbladder meridians, which are energy lines that run through our bodies (Traditional Chinese Medicine).
The world is awakening; nature is activating and releasing energy for the birth of spring. In yoga, we can follow the natural cycles to deepen our experience and connections. The seeds of change are sprouting to create a better version of ourselves throughout the seasons.
The workshop consists of 3 hours of Hatha, Yin, and Restorative yoga. This workshop is for all levels -beginners to intermediate. All equipment will be provided; you are welcome to bring your own mat and blanket. Please wear layers as your body will naturally cool down over the course of the workshop.
The event will be held at the Lift and Flow studio in the Bridge of Don. Parking is available at the front and back of the building. The studio will need you to sign your car in so you are not charged a fine.
Tea and snacks are provided after the workshop.
