Springtime Forest Bathing and Creative Art Workshop
A mindful morning in nature, exploring the wonders of spring through engaging our senses and creativity.
Saturday 25th April 2026. 10am - 1pm, The Avon Centre Forest Space.
Are you someone who would like to explore how nature and art can influence your wellbeing? Do you have small tingles of creativity in you, but not sure where to start?
This 3 hour workshop will start with some mindful Forest Bathing which will engage your senses, ground you and build your connection to the natural world. Charlotte will then introduce a few creative techniques such as Hapazome and mono-printing leaves, taking inspiration from the wonders of the natural world around us.
The session will end with an invitation to weave some of your creative samples into a large scale artwork in the forest! This final activity offers opportunity to collaborate and build confidence in collective creativity and community. (There will also be an option of quiet reflection or journalling, if this offer doesn’t feel right for you at the time).
Hot drinks and snacks provided (please let me know about any dietary requirements)
The workshop is set within the beautiful woodland at The Avon Centre, Bristol. There is a shelter if the weather is awful, but we will be embracing the elements as part of our experience! (unless either warnings are issued, in which case sessions will be reorganised).
Please wear good footwear, warm clothing (or layers) and bring waterproofs, in case it rains.
