No, you don't need to. You could simply view the course and practice later. Or you could play along while we teach, using w3school.com SQL. They have the same data & have an interactive SQL tool that lets you practice. If you already have SQL installed, that is great, and use it during the session!

It this every about SQL?

No, but this is a very good start. We also have beginner, intermediate and advanced SQL Courses.
