HOUR 1:

• Understand Relational Database, ERD Diagram, Relationships, Primary and Foreign Keys. Discussing data types.

HOUR 2:

Creating Tables in SQL:

• Table names, Columns, datatypes, Primary Keys, Foreign Keys, Identity / Auto-increments

Add Constraints:

• Not Null, Unique, Default, Check

Hour 3:

• Alter table to change datatypes, add columns, drop columns

Hour 4:

• Views, Indexes.
• Sequencing.
• SQL Temporary Tables.

Hour 5:

• Insert records, and Update, Delete
• Creating tables from other tables

Hour 6:

• DATES:
• Working with dates
• Date functions
• Date parts
• Calculating dates by adding days
• Calculation durations
• Group by using dates and date parts
• Sorting by dates
• STRINGS:
• String functions
