Can I invite guests?

Yes, of course! We’d be delighted to welcome them to the lunch. Simply add as many tickets as you need (including your own) during registration, and make sure to provide their details (Name, Company, Dietary Requirements) so we can prepare accordingly.

Are dietary requirements accommodated?

Absolutely! Please let us know about any dietary restrictions or allergies when registering so we can make suitable arrangements.

What is included in the ticket price?

Your ticket includes a delicious 3 course lunch, networking opportunities, and any scheduled talks or activities. Specific details about the menu or agenda will be shared closer to the event date.

Can I turn up and pay?

I'm afraid that we are not equipped to handle cash and as we have to notify the hotel in advance of our numbers, we cannot accept anyone that has not booked on Eventbrite before the event itself.

Is there a dress code?

Smart casual attire is recommended for this event.

Question 7

Can I cancel my ticket?

Accepted Answer

You can cancel your ticket at any point up to the closing date.  After  the closing date there are no refunds available nor can the booked space be transferred to another date in the future.

Question 8

I have cancelled my ticket but have not received a full refund. Could you clarify why?

Eventbrite applies a non-refundable fee to every ticket sold. While we usually cover this fee, in the case of a cancellation, the refund issued reflects the total amount paid minus these non-refundable fees.

Will there be event photography/videos and can I opt out?

Photographs / videos will be taken during this event which may be used in publications, on our website and on our social media channels. If you’d prefer not to appear in any photos we may publish please let a member of the committee know on arrival.

The Club reserves the right to amend, substitute or withdraw advertised menu items without prior notice. Menus may change due to seasonality, availability of ingredients or supply constraints. Suitable alternatives of comparable quality may be provided where necessary
