The Student Resource Centre is hosting wellness events, including mindfulness workshops, yoga, and stress management seminars.

Agenda: This session helps alleviate common "student symptoms" like stiffness, tension, and discomfort through simple movements that promote physical and mental well-being. You will learn active and passive stretching, mobility exercises, and techniques to improve blood flow while relieving pain in the back, neck, shoulders, and wrists.

Note: Please bring your own yoga mat if you have one, as our supply is limited.
