Join us in the East Bar at sketch for an intimate tasting workshop in collaboration with St-Germain, hosted by their brand ambassador alongside sketch’s own bar manager. Here, the elderflower takes centre stage: delicate, perfumed, and ever so slightly mischievous.

Over the course of the evening, you will enjoy four St- Germain cocktails, each one revleaing a different facet of this floral spirit from light and effervescent to deeper, more contemplative blends; each one a small composition in bloom. Alongside, a table of cheeses and charcuterie unfolds, thoughtfully paired to echo and contrast the floral notes in your glass.

On the night, you will enjoy:

• Four St-Germain cocktails
• A curated selection of cheeses and charcuterie
• Insight and guidance from the St-Germain brand ambassador

And should the evening leave you wanting more, guests will have the opportunity to extend their experience with a dinner reservation in the Gallery, or to continue the night with some cocktails in the Glade or the Parlour.

A selection of St-Germain bottles will also be available to purchase on the evening at a preferentiral price, so a littl of the bloom may follow you home.
