Staff Network Conference 2025
London Metropolitan University is proud to host its annual Staff Network Conference, a day dedicated to celebrating, strengthening and growing our staff networks.
Staff networks play a vital role in fostering belonging, supporting professional development, and championing equity across the University. This conference brings together colleagues from across London Met to share experiences, learn from inspiring speakers, and explore how we can continue to build vibrant, visible, and impactful networks.
What to Expect:
- Keynote speakers offering insight into the power of staff networks in higher education and beyond
- Interactive workshops focused on leadership, collaboration and practical skills
- Panel discussions showcasing the voices and experiences of our own network members
- Opportunities to connect with colleagues across the University and hear how you can get involved

This event is open to all London Met staff - you do not need to be a network member to join. External guest speakers will join us to share good practice and broaden the conversation.
