Stainer: The Crucifixion
Join us on Sat 28th Mar 2026 at 7:30pm for another stunning evening with Banbury Choral Society
The choir will perform a programme that will include Stainer’s hour-long oratorio ‘The Crucifixion’ alongside Handel ‘Messiah - part 3’ and Lauridsen ‘ Sure on this Shining Night’.
The choir will be accompanied on the organ and conducted by their Musical Director, Jonathan Kingston.
