Free drama sessions for Scottish Mountain Rescue Tuesday, 20th April : 1900-2000hrs, via Zoom
Stand Easy Productions are running a free drama taster session for Scottish Mountain Rescue staff and volunteers.
Stand Easy are a community theatre company based in Dundee and Stirling. Until now we have worked exclusively with Armed Forces Veterans, using drama based methods to increase confidence and improve well-being. Our work focuses on sharing stories and experiences, having fun and creating connections and community.
We have recently been funded to extend this provision to include Emergency Responders and are running online taster sessions for all the emergency services, including SMR. We will be running a taster for SMR on 20th April, 7-8pm. We hope this taster session will then lead to a pilot project for SMR staff and volunteers.
The session is open to anyone who is interested in improving their confidence, reducing their stress or just having some fun and sharing stories in a relaxed and informal group. No drama experience is necessary.
We have limited places available. If you would like to attend, please register for the event.
