What is the workshop about?
This workshop will provide information about starting to give your baby solid foods. Idenfiying different methods of starting solids, the benefits of each, addressing allergies and common concerns as well as prevalent myths.
Who will run the course?
Vikki, our friendly Ilfracombe and Barnstaple Project Worker and Baby Massage Instructor who you may have already met at one of our infant feeding drop-ins or baby massage courses.
What? When? Where?
A 1.5 hour interactive presentation on the basics of beginning to give solid food to your baby. Refreshments will be provided. This is a baby-friendly event with a play mat, toys, etc. Please feel comfortable to feed and care for your baby throughout the workshop. All parents, carers, grandparents are welcome.
