A free Early Nourishment workshop on starting solid foods with your baby at Ilfracombe Family Hub, Marlborough Road

What is the workshop about?

This workshop will provide information about starting to give your baby solid foods. Idenfiying different methods of starting solids, the benefits of each, addressing allergies and common concerns as well as prevalent myths.

Who will run the course?

Vikki, one of our Nourish Project Workers, who you may have met at one of our Barnstaple or Ilfracombe drop-ins.

What? When? Where?

A 1.5 hour interactive presentation on the basics of beginning to give solid food to your baby. Refreshments will be provided. This is a baby-friendly event with a play mat, toys, etc. Please feel comfortable to feed and care for your baby throughout the workshop. All parents, carers, grandparents are welcome.
