Is the venue accessible?

The venue has accessible entrances and each event space can host wheelchair users. Accessible restrooms are located throughout the venue. If you require communications support such as presenter interpretation, please contact us in advance events@enterprisenation.com

What is your refund policy on tickets?

No refunds from seven days before the event until the event day itself.

Question 3

If the event is sold out, how else can I get involved?

Accepted Answer

Join the waitlist and if a ticket is cancelled you will be notified on a first come first served basis. Alternatively, you can purchase a live stream ticket.

What time does the event start?

Doors open at 9.15am. On stage content starts from 10.15am.

Question 5

Is food and drink included?

Accepted Answer

Food and drink are included in the ticket prices. There will be a morning and afternoon refreshment break for tea, coffee and water. Additionally, there will be a one-hour lunch break where a sandwich and salad lunch will be served. Please let us know dietary requirements in the registration form.

I bought a live stream ticket, how does it work?

You will receive a link 24 hours before the event in your inbox.

Question 7

Will I get a recording of the keynote stage livestream?

Yes, these will be available on the Enterprise Nation website five days after the event.

Can I speak at the event?

Accepted Answer

In-person speaker applications are now closed - however, we are running a virtual StartUp Show series in January. Priority will be for Enterprise Nation adviser members.

Question 9

Can children attend the show?

Accepted Answer

Under 16's can attend the show for free, including babies. They must be accompanied by an adult. To enquire about a child ticket please email events@enterprisenation.com. For babies, no ticket is required on entry.
