Cobalt works closely with our community & as part of that we like to run a steering group to make sure that we are in touch with community needs, working as well as we can with our audience and community. We want to be as equal, inclusive, accessible and diverse as we can & we want to listen, hear your thoughts, input and feedback. We want to know what’s good about Cobalt, what’s great and what we can do better, we want to take your advice and hear how it is for others to come to events here. We would like your ideas too! What should we expand, do less of??

Steering groups are welcoming, informal round table chats, you can sit & listen quietly or speak up if you wish, they are hosted be an independent chair who most likely wont have answer to questions but will create a space that means you are free to be open and honest to share your views. The independent chair will feedback to us and we will try, where possible to adopt your feedback into our future plans.

We will offer everyone a free soft or hot drink as a thank you for your participation.
