Please remember to bring your ID documents with you.
Having completed the online DBS application form, your identity then needs to be verified. It is tremendously helpful if you can bring all the required, original ID documents to the induction session. These need to be the same documents that you include on your Google Form for ID collection.
Please note, documents printed from emails or downloaded from websites cannot be used as proof of address.
If you have recently moved house and you don’t yet have a recent bill/bank statement for your new current address, then please bring the following 4 documents:
- your current valid passport
- your driving licence photocard registered at your previous address**
- your birth certificate
- and a document to link you to your current address – for example a tenancy agreement .
This should also be the address you have entered on the STEM Ambassador Registration Form.

** It is a statutory requirement that you update the address on your driving licence.
