STEM Induction - Newcastle upon Tyne

RTC North is the STEM Ambassador Delivery Partner (SADP) for the North East and Yorkshire and Humber regions, creating opportunities to inspire young people in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM). This includes delivering initiatives like CyberFirst, a programme that introduces young people to the fast-paced world of cyber security. They also deliver the CREST Awards programme on behalf of the British Science Association.

Thank you for applying to become a Stem Ambassador. The STEM Ambassador Programme for your area is managed by: RTC North in Sunderland, North East England Covering from ‘Berwick upon Tweed’ down to the 'North Yorkshire border'. We will be responsible for managing your membership of the STEM Programme and helping you to get the best out of it.   
The STEM Ambassador’s inductions cover:
v An introduction to the STEM Ambassador programme v An indication of the types of activities carried out in schools v Training on a specific activity for you to take away and use in schools
