Step out of the busyness, pressures and preparations that can happen at this time of year into the peaceful surroundings of Brown Rock.
Come and spend a few hours with us around the fire, in the woods, to slow down, calm your senses and revitalise yourself.

We’ll explore…

• The turning of the year and the return of the light of the winter solstice.
• Gentle practices to slow down and feel at home in nature
• Seasonal themed craft activity

These sessions invite you to pause, restore, and reflect—mirroring the natural changes of the year. They offer gentle ways to nurture your wellbeing by slowing down, spending time on the land, and learning practices that show how nature can support your physical and mental wellbeing. You’ll also explore your relationship with nature and deepen your connection to the natural world.

We’re offering two sessions of the same gathering so you can choose the time that works best for you:

• Morning session: 10.30am – 1.00pm
• Afternoon session: 2.00pm – 4.00pm

🍲 Shared Lunch

Lunch is provided between the two sessions, bringing everyone together from each session.

Please join for either the morning or afternoon session.

🎟️ Tickets

To keep this gathering accessible, tickets are offered on a sliding scale:

• Supported (£5) – For those with limited expendable income—helping the sessions remain open to all.
• Steady(£25) – For those who can meet their needs but benefit from a little flexibility.
• Standard (£35) – This helps cover the true cost of running the session. Choose this if you’re able to pay the full amount.

We offer three rates so that more people can take part. Like the seasons, our resources ebb and flow—please choose the rate that feels right for where you are at this moment.
