This is where I can help. This full day workshop will cover looking at how personalities fit together, the importance of setting expectations, how to feedback to and coach your team, how to handle those difficult conversations and the difference between leadership and management. 
With 11 years in managing teams under my belt, I love to see managers working confidently to get the best out of their people and realising that they don't have to do everything themselves!
At just £99 per person for the full day, it's an affordable way to get to grips with people management and learn how to lead.
