Overview
STEPup is a 2 day programme designed to help you manage your diabetes.
WHAT is it?
· STEPup is a 2 day programme designed to help you manage your diabetes. We aim to help you feel confident with adjusting your insulin to maintain blood glucose levels within healthy targets, reducing your risk of developing diabetes complications.
Groups are every 3 -4 months, held over 2 days (1 week apart) 9am – 4pm. Please ensure you book a ticket for sessions 1` and 2.
The group will be facilitated by a Diabetes Specialist Nurse and Diabetes Specialist Dietitian, and will have 6 -8 adults with diabetes in the group. You will be expected to attend both days all day.
